One of the achievements of the Islamic Revolution is the dominance of the democratic method in managing the country based on the patterns of political system which are taken from separation of powers thought; a thought that associates other systems and in the light of this thought and regarding the realities in the Islamic Republic of Iran, semi-parliamentary and semi-presidential patterns dominated the country. The present article seeks to analyze the “why” of the acceptance and fluctuation between the semi-parliamentary and semi-presidential patterns and the tendency towards parliamentary system in the Islamic Republic of Iran. (Question) In the Islamic Republic of Iran, choosing any of these two patterns aimed at a better management of and acceleration in the country’s affairs, and now with the same reason, a new tendency is towards that pattern. (Hypothesis) The article seeks to figure out the reasons for the tendency towards the semi-parliamentary, semi-presidential and parliamentary systems. (Objective) The authors believe that answering the question and testing the hypothesis relies on the legal-historical investigation of the events happened after the Islamic Revolution. (Methodology) The appearance of the problems in the scope of the president’s legal authority, legislative power and judiciary along with other basis such as the need for increasing the role of people, set the ground for the tendency towards change in the structure of the Constitution and a desire for parliamentary system. Political development is one of the challenging issues of the contemporary world; therefore it has attracted different theories and has kept many communities busy. On one hand, the West believes that the path to political development is only possible at the light of utilizing western patterns, while the experience of human communities has shown something else! Of course, in this regard, on the contrary, measuring the relationship between Shia Messianism on political development, very few investigations have been done in Shiite communities. So, we still face this question: What is the role of Shiite Messianism on the political development of Shiite communities in the contemporary world? (Question) Mahdiism doctrine as the basis for Shiite Messianism with three components of wisdom, affection, and justice will have a direct impact on political development in contemporary Shiite communities. (Hypothesis) Trying to find the answer and testing the hypothesis leads us to a native pattern based on Mahdiism components for Shiite communities in political development. (Objective) Proving the dependency of political development on native aspects relies on the investigation of the relationship between political rationality, public participation, economical equalities and the three components of Mahdiism doctrine. (Methodology) The inefficiency of linear models of development and relying on Mahdiism components for political development at the light of looking at the future of the Promised are the results of the present article. Islam is a political religion, and jurisprudence (Fiqh) which is the science of Islam’s rites and injunctions, inevitably enjoys political aspect. As a result, the system of Islamic injunctions (Fiqh) is arranged in such a way that its full realization was only possible in the form of the Islamic government of Medina, but in spite of the clarity in the interaction between the two fields of jurisprudence and politics at the time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), their interaction is not so clear to us nowadays. (Question) Of course it should not be forgotten that understanding the relationship between jurisprudence and politics is only achievable in a systematic view to Islamic injunctions. (Hypothesis) It’s clear that the answer to the aforementioned question can guide us in achieving the means, features, aims, intentions etc, and in passing through “tribe-based society” of Hejaz to “Wali-based community” of Medina. (Objective) In the present research it is tried to review the political jurisprudence of Islam in its first period, i.e. the time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), from its power generation perspective in the field of politics. (Methodology) Form the results of the article, it can be noted that the interaction between jurisprudence and politics at the time of the Prophet (PBUH) cannot be achieved through a posteriori understanding, but the way to implement political jurisprudence in the Islamic government in the contemporary era is possible by a priori understanding of the relationship between jurisprudence and politics.

Hafez is called Khwaja (master) since he had some courtier job and royal responsibility and also some of his poems reflect the circumstances of his time. So, Hafez should not be considered as having no political thought, advice or philosophy, although nothing is mentioned on politics about him. As a result, investigating the basis of the political philosophy of Hafez is the main concern of the present research. (Question) It seems that Hafez wrote poems on political criticism because of his poetical talent, fear of his time and pragmatic thought. (Hypothesis) The present article tries to show the basis of the political philosophy of Hafez and the delicacy of expressing sociopolitical criticism by the language of poetry. (Objective) Investigating the “world view” of Hafez can give any interested and skilful researcher the command to discover the hidden aspects of his political philosophy. (Methodology) Rejecting the political negligence of Hafez and emphasizing the delicacies in his divan (collection of poems) in intelligent and skilful expression of criticism on sociopolitical issues seems new. Education and, consequently, trying to determine and explain the policies governing the objectives of the Islamic education is as old as Islam’s 1400 -year-old life. But these objectives in Imami Shiism have not been derived from Shiite scholars’ opinions because Shiites have been away from government and political power. Therefore, written works based on policies governing educational objectives from the epistemology of thinkers such as Professor Motahari in order to apply them in the Islamic Republic of Iran are not available. The present research after explaining the basics of Professor Motahari’s epistemology answers this fundamental question: What are the policies governing educational objectives in Professor Motahari’s epistemology? And how should it be applied in the Islamic Republic of Iran? (Question) The present writing assumes that policies like promoting spirituality, self improvement and developing creativity can be perceived from the foundations of Professor Motahari’s epistemology, policies which can dominate educational objectives. (Hypothesis) The aim is to present the policies governing educational objectives in Professor Motahari’s epistemology. (Objective) Data collection for the present research was done through library research. Then, data were evaluated based on description and analysis and using analytic-inferential method. (Methodology) Presenting the fourteen policies derived from Professor Motahari’s epistemology is new. (Finding)
