In political science, various definitions have been given to it, mainly by the Western scholars. In the scientific atmosphere of the Islamic Republic of Iran, these definitions have also overshadowed the scientific atmosphere. What is necessary in the meantime is to redefine the nature of this power from the perspective of the noble Qur’ān as a text that expresses the word of God. With a qualitative analytical-descriptive textual approach and with the ijtihadi method of interpretation of the noble Qur’ān, this article has answered the question regarding the view of the noble Qur’ān on the nature of the desired soft power from the Islamic point of view. In conclusion, this research found that, contrary to the Western definitions, the nature of soft power, from the noble Qur’ān’s point of view, not only includes influencing the target community through attraction, but also includes the deterrent power, as well as areas of soft bait and soft threat. Soft power, on the other hand, is not a two-way relationship between people and societies, but a three-way relationship in which God on its main side, is the sole absolute power of the universe. Also, the sources taken from the nature of the divine soft power in the noble Qur’ān are exclusively in the realm of divine commands, and violating it causes the departure of the soft power from the aspect of being divine to being evil, and this is the fundamental difference in the desirability of the soft power. The last point is that the components of the soft power that are taken in its nature are both material and spiritual, contrary to the Western definition which pays special attention to the material factors.}, keywords = {Nature of the Soft Power,The Noble Qur’ān,the Desired Soft Power,Islam,Interrogative Interpretation}, title_fa = {ماهیت قدرت نرم مطلوب از منظر قرآن}, abstract_fa = {قدرت نرم اصطلاحی نوپدید در ادبیات سیاسی دنیاست. در علوم سیاسی تعریف ‌های گوناگونی، که عمدتاً از دانشمندان غربی بوده، از آن صورت گرفته است. در فضای علمی داخل کشور ج.ا.ا نیز این تعریف‌ ها بر فضای علمی سایه افکنده است. آنچه در این بین ضروری می‎نماید بازتعریف ماهیت این قدرت از دیدگاه قرآن‌کریم است به‌ عنوان متنی که بیانگر کلام خداوند می ‎باشد. این مقاله با رویکرد کیفی تحلیلی – توصیفی متنی و با روش تفسیر اجتهادی قرآن به قرآن به این پرسش که دیدگاه قرآن دربارۀ ماهیت قدرت نرم مطلوب از نظر اسلام چیست؛ پرداخته است. در نتیجۀ این پژوهش به دست آمد که برخلاف تعریف ‌های غربی، ماهیت قدرت نرم از دیدگاه قرآن نه تنها شامل تأثیرگذاری از طریق جاذبه بر جامعه هدف است، بلکه شامل قدرت بازدارندگی هم شده و زمینه‎ های تطمیع نرم و تهدید نرم را نیز دربر می ‎گیرد. ازطرف ‌دیگر، قدرت نرم رابطه ‎ای دوسویه میان مردم و جوامع با همدیگر نیست، بلکه رابطه ‎ای سه سویه است که در جانب اصلی آن خداوند به‌ عنوان تنها قدرت مطلق عالم قرار دارد. همچنین منابع أخذ شده در ماهیت قدرت نرم الهی در قرآن منحصراً در حیطه اوامر الهی بوده و تخطی از آن خروج قدرت نرم را از جنبۀ الهی بودن به شیطانی بودن، باعث می‎گردد و این نکته همان فارق اساسی در مطلوبیت قدرت نرم محسوب می‎شود. نکتۀ آخر اینکه مؤلفه ‎های قدرت نرم که در ماهیت آن أخذ می‎ شوند اعم از مادی و معنوی است، برخلاف تعریف غربی که توجه خاص به عوامل مادی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {ماهیت قدرت نرم,قرآن,قدرت نرم مطلوب,اسلام,تفسیر استنطاقی}, url = {https://ipr.isri.ac.ir/article_114068.html}, eprint = {https://ipr.isri.ac.ir/article_114068_8cb0d2b1e3899c5150df395a574b6143.pdf} }
