For this purpose, content analysis method with emphasis on quantitative approach has been used. Based on qualitative analyzes and according to the abundance of statistical data in these letters, fifteen principles of governance were extracted. Assuming that the amount of attention paid to each of them in a significant number of letters can indicate the priority value of each principle, these principles have been adjusted and prioritized. The principles obtained fall into two general categories; Common principles have been established with the principles of good governance and specific principles of the Alawite government, and the policies related to each of these principles have been examined with emphasis on statistical data and quantitative analysis. In the end, it turned out that two thirds of the principles communicated by Ali in terms of goals and general titles are consistent with the principles of good governance, and the biggest difference is in the ideological and spiritual principles. Also, in common cases, the principles of efficiency and effectiveness have been most frequently repeated in government letters. در پژوهش پیش رو اصول ابلاغی حکمرانی در تراز اسلامی با محور قرار دادن نامه های حضرت علی ع به کارگزاران خود در نهج البلاغه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور از روش تحلیل محتوا با تأکید بر رویکرد کمی، استفاده شده است. بر اساس تحلیل-های کیفی صورت گرفته و با توجه به فراوانی داده‌های آماری موجود در این نامه ها پانزده اصل حکمرانی استخراج گردید. با این فرض که میزان پرداخته شدن به هرکدام از آن‌ها در تعداد قابل توجهی از نامه ها، می تواند مقدار اولویت هر اصل را نشان دهد به تنظیم و اولویت بندی این اصول اقدام شده است. اصول به دست آمده در ذیل دو دسته کلی؛ اصول مشترک با اصول حکمرانی خوب و اصول خاص حکومت علوی قرار داده شده است و سیاست های مربوط به هریک از این اصول با تأکید بر داده های آماری و تحلیل های کمّی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در نهایت معلوم شد دو سوم اصول ابلاغی علی ع از لحاظ اهداف وعناوین کلی با اصول حکمرانی خوب همخوانی دارد و بیشترین تفاوت در اصول عقیدتی و معنوی است. همچنین در موارد مشترک اصول مرتبط با کارایی و اثر بخشی بیشترین تکرار را در نامه های حکومتی داشته اند. https://ipr.isri.ac.ir/article_119077_319921e8d6a0f59d260e144b08401bb1.pdf
