The aim is to present and explain the practical, concrete and social politics according to the principle of the meaning of installments and justice from the Quranic verses by examining Ayatollah Khamenei. In this research, the theoretical literature of the network and related concepts have been used to explain the Quranic and non-Quranic concepts aligned with the concepts of installment and justice. In this view, the implementation of justice, in the field of society and politics, is a kind of right and obligation and is seen as an "absolute value". Without the realization of justice in the implementation, in the social and political aspects, it is not possible to progress the society and it is necessary for the progress of the Islamic society, along with the use of human experiences, to stay away from the capitalist versions and rely on the practical aspects of justice at the level and layers of the society and fight against poverty, corruption and discrimination. Seeking justice is an indicator of the Islamic system and as one of the permanent principles of the Islamic revolution(Findings). <span lang="FA">این پژوهش، تفسیر سیاسی اجتماعی از مفهوم قرآنی قسط و عدل را از منظر آیت</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">الله خامنه</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">ای بررسی می</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">کند. هدف ارائه تفسیر و تبیین عملی، انضمامی و اجتماعی سیاسی با توجه به اصل معنای قسط و عدل از آیات قرآنی با تمرکز بر رویکرد آیت</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">الله خامنه است. در این پژوهش، از ادبیات نظری شبکه و زنجیره مفاهیم هم</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">نشین برای تبیین مفاهیم قرآنی و غیر قرآنی همسو با مفاهیم قسط و عدل استفاده شده است. در این دیدگاه، اجرای عدالت، در حیطه اجتماع و سیاست، نوعی حق و تکلیف است و به</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">صورت یک «ارزش مطلق» دیده می</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">شود. در یافته تحقیق می</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">توان گفت که؛ بدون تحقق عدالت در مقام اجرا و عمل، در جنبه</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">های اجتماعی و سیاسی امکان رشد، تعالی و پیشرفت جامعه ممکن نخواهد شد. لازمه پیشرفت جامعه اسلامی، در کنار استفاده از تجربیات بشری، دوری از نسخه</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">های سرمایه</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">داری و تکیه</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">بر ابعاد عملی و انضمامی عدالت در سطح و لایه</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">های جامعه و مبارزه با فقر، فساد و تبعیض در ابعاد اجتماعی و سیاسی است. عدالت</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">خواهی شاخص نظام اسلامی و به</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">عنوان یکی از اصول دائمی انقلاب اسلامی است و توسعه یک جامعه هم</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">زمان نیازمند «عدالت</span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA">‎</span><span lang="FA">خواهی» است.</span> https://ipr.isri.ac.ir/article_217562_73c67053acb7c99f04d3e5f554798b9c.pdf
