Abstract
Spirituality in the light of the monotheistic worldview, in contrast to secular spirituality, if deeply institutionalized in human life, its effects are manifested in all areas of individual and social life, including security. Security-building spirituality is based on such a view. This research aims to extract and explain the security-building spiritual components in security personnel based on the intellectual foundations of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution. The research method is qualitative with a content analysis approach and the data under study include all statements of His Holiness' security-building spirituality, especially speeches in groups of security officials and personnel. The research findings are presented in the form of a three-dimensional model after coding the themes; Security-building individual spirituality, which is based on two types of epistemic and attitude-based relationships with God, security-building organizational spirituality, which has characteristics such as a law-based and justice-based organization, a trustworthy and clean organization, and a security-building value-based organization, and security-building social spirituality, which is crystallized in the form of a kind and flexible relationship with people, wise interaction with people, and trust-building and satisfaction-based communication. The results of the study show that integrating Islamic spirituality at the individual, organizational, and social levels can play an effective role in achieving sustainable security.y.
