Devising a suitable strategy to deal with the combined war phenomenon is one of the inevitable needs of societies in the modern era. The current research has been carried out with the aim of investigating the Quranic strategies of dealing with the enemy's combined war in an effective tripartite strategic system (short-term-long-term-process). In explaining the problem, the qualitative research method of thematic analysis has been used. In this order, while stating the theoretical framework of "combined war" and analyzing the strategy of all-round proportional confrontation, the most prominent strategies emanating from the revealed teachings and the Quranic view of Ayatollah Khamenei in facing the enemy's combined war, with emphasis on the system The comprehensive "combined jihad of Islam" has been discussed. In the analysis of the problem by examining the effective conditions, first a short-term strategy with direct influence, then a long-term infrastructure strategy with effective drivers, and finally a comprehensive process strategy in systematic and methodical operational steps to deal with the enemy's combined war based on Quranic teachings are planned. is The findings of the research indicate that the three strategies of "Combined Jihad", "Explanation Jihad" and "Scientific Jihad" which are rooted in Quranic teachings, are the most important mechanisms to deal with the enemy's combined war. Also, the main approach of Islamic teachings in combined Jihad, with special attention to the conditions and factors affecting three parts: a) cognitive solutions such as deepening knowledge, insight and strengthening the faith of the society, etc.; b) Islam's motivational solutions, such as strengthening the culture of anti-arrogance and the motivation to maintain principles; c) operational solutions and behavior patterns such as information elites and operational measures have been ordered by the executive institutions in its effective steps.The findings of the research indicate that the three strategies of "Combined Jihad", "Explanation Jihad" and "Scientific Jihad" which are rooted in Quranic teachings, are the most important mechanisms to deal with the enemy's combined war.
